1000 Hills Community Helpers

1. We have a soup kitchen – we endeavour to supply a nutritional meal to all that come to our Centre looking for a meal. We feed between 500 – 700 people a week. 2. Our clinic is open 5 days a week ,seeing to all the emergency and medical needs of the Community. 3. Our Home Based Care Workers travel deep into the Valley identifying families desperate for food. We then hand out any food parcels that we might have been able to get donated. 4. At our centre we run various Skill Development Programs such as a Adult Literacy Program and basic computer skills. This allows Community members to further their skills and increase Their job opportunities. 5. Ladies come to our centre and make various crafts and these are sold in our Craft store at our Centre.
